About Tim Huddleston

Tim Huddleston is a professional full-time Realtor® with eXp Realty and lifelong resident of Northeast Alabama. For the last 21 years, he has been actively engaged in real estate as an investor, note broker, wholesaler, rehabber and related real estate activities. Tim is more than a real estate agent; he is a professional REALTOR®. A Realtor® is a licensed real estate professional who belongs to the National Association of REALTORS®, and is held to a higher ethical standard than licensed agents and must adhere to a strict Code of Ethics.

Prior to entering real estate full time, Tim spent over 30 years in the aerospace industry as a public policy expert, serving as an advocate and power negotiator on behalf of the aerospace industry at the highest levels.  He worked extensively advancing aerospace in the education, government, industry, and nonprofit sectors by serving in positions with the US Air Force as an aerospace education specialist; the Alabama Governors’ Office as the Governors’ Advisor for Aerospace Affairs; as the CEO of Talon Aerospace; as a policy consultant for the space-access industry; and, as a lecturer on the future of space development on the university lecture circuit.

In 2019, Tim retired from the aerospace world and began focusing full time on real estate.  While he still does occasional lectures on aerospace, and public speaking engagements, He is now a full-time full-service Realtor® licensed in the State of Alabama representing buyers and sellers in the residential sector.

Tim is also an accomplished motivational speaker occasionally speaking at conferences and fundraising events for nonprofits. He has also appeared in several TV and movie productions as a background actor. He has appeared in such productions as She-Hulk, Cobra Kai, Doom Patrol, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Double Down South, The Game, Lilly, The Resident, and others.
